Manchester Ringway Airport (MAN)
Comment / G-SJMC is one of a pair of Boeing 767-300s delivered to Airtours International Airways in spring 1994, the other being G-DAJC. The airline's 767 fleet eventually peaked at 4 aircraft, although today only the original pair, 'MC and 'JC, remain in service with the successor to Airtours, MyTravel Airways.

Manchester Ringway Airport (MAN)
Comment / Adria Airways took delivery of this Boeing 737-500 in April last year, representing the first 737 in the Adria fleet. She is ex. F-GJNK of Air France. Judging by the hybrid livery and registration, she appears to be on lease from Ukraine International Airlines, along with two additional 737s.

G-OMYJ (cn 677)
9th June 2007
Manchester Ringway Airport (MAN)
Comment / MyTravel has been bumping up its Airbus fleet this year, with this A321 G-OMYJ joining from First Choice (ex. G-OOAF). It has also taken on A320 G-OMYA from Thomas Cook (ex. G-BXKB).
Monarch Airlines
Boeing 767-31KER
G-DIMB (cn 28865/657)
9th June 2007
Manchester Ringway Airport (MAN)
Comment / Monarch's sole Boeing 767 soars away from the recently re-designated runway 23L at Manchester. It is a little known fact that Monarch actually ordered two Boeing 767-300s during the late 1980s, but later sold the production slots to EVA Air of Taiwan, and took on four of the (then) new Airbus A300-600Rs instead. Today, the pair of 767s fly with Aeroflot Russian Airlines as VP-BWU and VP-BWV.

Manchester Ringway Airport (MAN)
Comment / This Boeing 757 has certainly been around the block a few times. Since her delivery to Ambassador as G-BUDZ in June 1992, she has flown with no less than 13 operators! I can remember her appearing at Stansted on a regular basis during the late 1990s, as C-GRYK with Royal Airlines.

Comment / G-TOYA is another ex. Buzz and Ryanair aircraft, previously flying in bright yellow and purple as G-BZZE. She holds the honour of flying the very last Buzz service before Ryanair shut the airline down, arriving at London Stansted at 2203 from Berlin Schonefeld on 31st March 2003.
Thomas Cook Airlines
Boeing 757-3CQ
G-JMAA (cn 32241/960)
9th June 2007
Manchester Ringway Airport (MAN)
Comment / JMC Airlines took receipt of a pair of Boeing 757-300s in the spring of 2001, with the first being G-JMAA seen here. The series -300 is some 7m longer than the baseline series -200, and can seat up to 279 passengers. Production of the Boeing 757 ended in 2005 after a run of 1050 airframes.

Comment / Gold Air currently manages a fleet of six Learjet 45s, including G-CDSR seen here. After being taken over by Air Partner in October 2006, the carrier now uses the call sign of its new owners.
