Comment / G-BUSB was the first Airbus in British Airways colours, and indeed only the 6th A320 to be built. She is also one of only a handful of A320 series -100 aircraft, manufactured before the series -200 with additional wing fences became standard.

Comment / G-BUSB was the first of the early build A320s delivered to BA as a result of the British Caledonian takeover, in April 1988. After almost 20 years of service however, her days are numbered - she is due to be retired on 1st December and presumably scrapped. Here she glides overhead towards Newcastle's runway 07, with a slow shutter speed capturing the action with some 'artistic' motion blur.
